How it all started
CaffèCouture began with one simple idea: we just wanted to present how different coffee can be and show how really outstanding coffee should be prepared professionally. It should be an experience. Founded in Vienna, our story began in the same place where the „worlds first Barista“, Ludwig van Beethoven lived and died at todays Schwarzspanierhof. We opened our first coffee shop and roastery on 10.01.2010, rethinking what modern specialty coffee can be: transparent, fresh, ethically sourced and full of the origins natural character.
