About us
CaffèCouture began with one simple idea: we just wanted to present how different coffee can be and show how really outstanding coffee should be prepared professionally. It should be an experience. Founded in Vienna, our story began in the same place where the „worlds first Barista“, Ludwig van Beethoven lived and died at todays Schwarzspanierhof. We opened our first coffee shop and roastery on 10.1.2010, rethinking what modern specialty coffee can be: transparent, fresh, ethically sourced and full of the origins natural character.
Today we are hunting for seasonal freshest coffees with absolutely unique cup profiles. Many of our coffees are from winning farms of national competitions and where used from national Barista Champions at World Championships. We work directly with selected small producers and exporters together who are contacting and visiting us to represent their competition coffees in our business. For our clients favourite ethiopian coffees we work together with our very own broker from Ethiopia who is searching to find the best coffees the season offers. Last year's Ethiopian highlight is was for sure the „Cup of Excellence winner of 2025“ - Basha Bekele! What an outstanding cup profile with 90,5 points.

Our style is the pure reflection of our exciting coffees. Clean, fresh, crisp and colourful in taste. Diversity & complexity, brought into perfect balance and harmony, to highlight the pure natural taste of each origin.
