Brew: Filter and espresso

This coffee is the result of the work of hundreds of smallholder members of the Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society. At the factories owned by the cooperative, the team sorts the cherries before they go into production. The coffee is generally processed using dry fermentation, then washed and graded in channels. Finally, it is dried on raised beds.
